Fast Active Consulting is a logistics and supply chain advisory built by people who have spent their careers on the dock, in the control tower and in the carrier meetings. We are not a software reseller and we do not take a position in your freight.
What we do is unglamorous and effective: measure the network, find where cost and time leak, renegotiate and redesign, then stay and help your team implement it. You keep every document, model and contract we touch.
